FRANKLIN, TN-MAY 30, 2016: Entrance to a Tractor Supply Company retail outlet. Tractor Supply supplies most everything the small farmer needs to keep the farm running.

Tractor Supply Company (Brentwood, TN) recently opened its 2,000th location in White House, TN and is planning to open 75-80 new stores in 2022, the company announced.

Tractor Supply bills itself as a rural lifestyle retailer. It carries brands such as Purina, Carhartt, Blue Buffalo, Makita and Hobart, as well as products exclusive to Tractor Supply.

In the fourth quarter, the retailer earned $3.3 billion in revenue, up 15 percent from a year ago.

The company has about 46,000 full-time employees and also operates the Petsense retail brand, which has 177 stores.
