Display Tables

Vendor Display Table Pricing:

The Exchange@Shop!X participants will have first rights to all display tables. If you are not an Exchange participant, you can request a table by emailing ddean@shopassociation.org.

Table pricing: Member $349 / Non-Member $399

*Note: Vendor must be registered for the full event to man a display table.

A Shop!X display table provides a more formal setting by which you may present your company. You are encouraged to bring business cards and promotional materials that will help you describe and market your services to potential customers.

The tables are 6 ft. long and draped, and will be accessible primarily during continental breakfasts and breaks. Tables will be unsecured and unmanned with the possible exception of the breakfasts and breaks.

Food and beverage tables will be placed in this area to increase traffic near the display tables during the breaks.

Set-up: 7:00-7:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 (prior to the Continental Breakfast).

Teardown: 1:00- 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 (after meeting concludes).

**Any items not removed by 3:00 PM Friday will be disposed of by the hotel.
