Roll up your sleeves and experience firsthand what happens when the brightest minds in the retail industry come together to compete head-to-head to solve one of the industry’s toughest in-store challenges! This immersive experience gives you a unique chance to learn, network and flex your creative muscles – all while having fun with peers.
During the Retail Challenge, cross-functional teams are given a creative brief for our featured consumer brand, Manscaped and six hours to collaborate, ideate and create a design solution and pitch deck. The teams will pitch their concepts to our panel of judges, who will score them on criteria including level of disruption, experience, emotion, innovation, creativity, business value and overall presentation.
The winning team will build out their design concept live on the show floor at Shop! MarketPlace 2025, April 8-10, in Charlotte, NC!
