- Proof of revenue
- Proof of membership to one of our partners to get your discount (as applies)
- Baseline data (if you have reported before)
- Fiscal year definition for your organization
- Address of each location
2. Potential Utilities/Service invoices (not limited to these):
- Electricity
- Natural Gas
- Propane
- Diesel
- Steam
- Water
- Sewer
- On-Site Solar (power generated will be available through the dashboard provided by your service provider)
- On-site Wind (power generated will be available through the dashboard provided by your service provider)
- Biomass
- Trash services
- Recycling services
- Hazardous waste disposal
- Compost
- Air-conditioning, Refrigerator and Process Chiller maintenance records for charge densities/pressures
- Total refrigerant capacity and refrigerant type for any air-conditioners, refrigerators, process chillers or other refrigeration equipment that had leaks or were replaced (found on nameplate or in specifications)
- Renewable Energy Certificates (REC)
- Other off-site renewable energy source
