Saks Global Announces New C-Suite Lineup

With its acquisition of Neiman Marcus Group confirmed and completed for $2.7 billion, Saks Global has announced its new leadership in a press release.

Saks CEO Marc Metrick will now serve as CEO of Saks Global Operating Group, while Ian Putnam will step into CEO of Saks Global Properties and Investments. Richard Baker will serve of Saks Global’s Executive Chairman.

Bergdorf Goodman, however, will remain a stand-alone business under Saks Global with Tracy Margolies, Saks’ previous CMO, as Bergdorf’s new President.

Saks Global now oversees Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.
