Store Openings: Bambi Baby, Gifts & More and Monkee’s

* Bambi Baby (Melville, N.Y.) will take the wraps off its New York flagship on Feb. 21 at 655 Sixth Ave., in the city’s Chelsea neighborhood. Founded in 1976, the seller of baby gear, strollers, car seats and nursery furniture also has three stores in New Jersey, one on Long Island and one in Miami.

* Gifts & More at The Paper Store (Acton, Mass.) will unveil its latest location on Feb. 21 in Venice, Fla. The 8700-square-foot space, which the retailer describes as a “refreshed update of the beloved Hallmark store,” is the chain’s 11th locale, all of which are in Florida.

* Fashion retail chain Monkee’s has opened a boutique in downtown Summerville, S.C. Featuring “an edgy flair” created by a variety of designers, the franchise-based concept has 60-plus locations across the country.
