Panel Discussion: Game On! How retail brands and REITS can activate, engage and learn from the world’s fastest-growing event platform – Esports
For many, Esports continues to be an elusive industry – not well known or understood. But this market has seen impressive year-over-year growth, worthy of our attention. Esports (electronic sports) is the competitive sector of gaming, with hundreds of tournaments, events and festivals hosted around the world, some with multi-million dollar cash prizes. Rivalling the spectatorship, sponsorship dollars and revenue of traditional professional sports, Esports is swiftly positioning itself to be the next big thing in sports activations.
The Shop! Women’s League is proud to sponsor this highly relevant panel discussion, which is open to anyone involved in retail. In this special regional event, Myra Vaughn, AIA, LEED AP, of MG2 will moderate a panel of leaders within the Esports and gaming industry to discuss the power and growth of Esports, how retail brands and REITS are successfully activating and engaging this industry, and the potential opportunities for future collaboration and mutual benefit.
