Webinar: Making Good Change Happen
Change can inspire a range of emotions – enthusiasm, cautious optimism, fatigue, or outright reluctance. With so much of our world currently in flux it’s possible to experience some or even all of these in a short span of time. And organizations are working to create more supportive environments for employees, while retaining the agility to meet an ever-changing landscape. No matter where we, or our organizations, are in this process there are always opportunities for building a capacity for embracing change and supporting one another. In this webinar, Elizabeth Knell, a conscious change coach and Kristin James, a brand strategist who works on organizational change will share their expertise in this area and provide helpful tools for navigating a future where change is ultimately a positive experience.
