Shop! Environments Association has signed an agreement with Oasis, a Paychex® Company, to provide a new employee benefits offering to Shop! members. These services include healthcare and retirement benefits, risk management and payroll services.
This new business service offering is part of a long list of exclusive Shop!-member benefits that include a GlobalShop booth space discount, proprietary industry reports, free webinars, networking events and two recently added business services offering raw data on material pricing and negotiated savings in deregulated energy states.
“Recruitment and retention is a challenge in a tight job market. Many of our member companies have voiced the desire for Shop! to assist them in getting access to quality healthcare benefits and 401(k) savings programs,” said Scott Savodnik, Shop! director of membership. “This service is designed to give our members access to a source that potentially will save them time and money, and also assist in recruitment and retention of quality employees.”
Through Oasis, members can receive one-source access to healthcare and retirement benefits as well as other human resource, risk management and payroll services. This is an ideal service for members with 50-100 employees and/or companies having difficulty finding health insurance and/or a retirement plan for their employees.
