Unique Designs Acquires China Pearl

Unique Designs Inc., a jewelry design and manufacturing company, has acquired the assets and business of California-based China Pearl.

Established in 1983 by President and CEO Harold Jabarian, China Pearl has a customer base ranging from department stores and chain stores to independent retailers.

In addition to its core business, China Pearl also produces pearl jewelry under several brand labels, offering clients private label goods and related services, including customized boxes and packaging.

China Pearl’s product line features Chinese Freshwater Pearls, Japanese Akoya Cultured Pearls, White and Golden South Sea Pearls from Australia and South East Asia, and Tahitian Black Pearls from French Polynesia.
