Dream on Me Industries (Piscataway Township, N.J.) – a manufacturer, supplier and designer of baby products like cribs and strollers – has won the tentative bid for Buy Buy Baby’s IP, which is being auctioned from Bed Bath & Beyond (Union, N.J.).

The amount of Dream on Me’s bid has not been disclosed, and the tentative win includes assets like Buy Buy Baby’s domain and trademark, CNBC reports. Everyday Health Media (New York) was selected as a back-up bidder.

Another auction scheduled to take place July 7 will include all of Buy Buy Baby’s assets and many of its stores. If Bed Bath & Beyond receives a higher bid for the brand’s IP during that auction, Dream on Me could lose the rights tentatively won.

Bed Bath & Beyond has been selling assets since it declared bankruptcy in April.
