Primark (Dublin) opened its second distribution center in the U.S. earlier this month, ahead of an announcement detailing plans to open more stores and warehouses across the country.
The new 550,000-square-foot distribution center is located in Jacksonville, Fla. Primark’s first distribution center is in Bethlehem, Penn. The fashion retailer plans to open new stores at:
- Potomac Mills, Woodbridge, Virginia
- Mall at Prince George’s, Hyattsville, Maryland
- CoolSprings Galleria, Franklin, Tennessee
- Katy Mills, Katy, Texas
Primark is also looking to open distribution centers in Florida and Texas.
“The opening of this distribution center in Jacksonville comes at the perfect time for the brand and our customers as we set our sights on continued growth across the US, including in Florida, Texas, as well as our first store in Tennessee,” said Primark U.S. President Kevin Tulip.
