Shop! MarketPlace 2024 Presents the Most Acclaimed Awards in the Marketing at Retail Industry
Recognizing innovative merchandising displays with the 66th annual Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) Awards
(PRESS RELEASE) MONTCLAIR, NJ – The newest standards of in-store merchandising displays have been set.
During a live awards ceremony at Shop! MarketPlace in Cincinnati on April 10, Shop! Association announced the winners of the 2024 Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) Awards.
As the retail industry’s most prestigious and longest-running awards contest, the OMA Awards recognize excellence in merchandise displays across various product-and-retail-based categories.
“The OMA Award winners show our industry that with a passion to push the boundaries of what is possible, groundbreaking merchandise displays can be created,” said Murray Kasmenn, Executive Director of Shop! Association.
The panel of judges examined over 190 merchandise display entries competing for gold, silver and bronze positions in 22 categories, as well as the most coveted Display of the Year award. Judging criteria was based on strategic intent, excellence in design, creativity, original use of materials, effective use of space and quality of execution.

The 2024 Shop! OMA Awards were presented to the following winners:
Display of the Year
- Permanent: EcoXGear Audio Endcap, Innovative Marketing Solutions, Inc.
- Temporary: Target Marks & Spencer Holiday Bus, Great Northern Instore
Creative Award
- Permanent: Proximo Whiskey Speakeasy Portfolio Display, Bish Creative
- Temporary: Bud Light Texas Oil Derrick, Outform
Budget Award
- Permanent: Proximo Whiskey Speakeasy Portfolio Display, Bish Creative.
- Temporary: Colgate Walmart Total Plaque Pro Release Toothpaste/Toothbrush PDQ, Westrock
