* Primark (Dublin, Ireland) will open its newest U.S. store in Florida’s Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets on August 20. It will be the affordable-fashion brand’s second locale in the Orlando area, following the one at The Florida Mall, and fourth in the Sunshine State – the others are at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise and Dolphin Mall in Miami.
* The RealReal (San Francisco) has taken the wraps off its relocated store in West Palm Beach, Fla. The new boutique, on South Rosemay Ave., is larger than its predecessor space in town, with 2100 square feet. A specialist in reselling authenticated luxury goods, TheRealReal has 15 stores across the U.S.
Home-furnishing retailer Wayfair Inc. (Boston) has announced plans to open its first Pennsylvania store, in the North Hills Village shopping complex near downtown Pittsburgh. Slated to open next year, the new, single-level space will have 95,000 square feet of space. Wayfair currently has stores in Wilmette, Ill., Atlanta and Columbus, with other locales planned for Denver, Westchester, N.Y., Fort Lauderdale, Cincinnati and Princeton, N.J.
