Fields West, a 55-acre urban village being developed within a 2500-acre master-planned community in Frisco, Texas, has just inked pacts for the following retailers and dining options to join its tenant roster:

• Boll & Branch (bedding)
• Evereve (women’s apparel)
• Flower Child (restaurant)
• Lululemon (athletic apparel)
• SusieCakes (bakery)
• Tecovas (boots/Western wear)
• Warby Parker (eyeglasses)

The addition of those businesses means Fields West, being developed by locally based The Karahan Cos., is 75% leased with a tenant roster the company describes in a news release as “a mix of national brands, boutique retailers and first-to-market locations.”

Previously signed tenants include retailers Arhaus, Bloomie’s, Design Within Reach, Kendra Scott, Pottery Barn and Willams-Sonoma and such restaurants as Claremont, Green Point Seafood & Oyster Bar, Nando’s, Shake Shack, Starbucks and Sweetgreen.

The development, which sits nearly 30 miles north of downtown Dallas and will also include office and residential components, is slated to start opening in phases in late 2027 and continuing into 2028.
