Overall Vibe
July showed a steadier but less dramatic sales environment than June, with gross sales growth cooling from 18% to 10% and units slipping back into negative territory after a flat June. Average retail sale remained the primary engine of growth, up double digits even as shoppers bought fewer pieces. Regionally, the West continued to lead by a wide margin, while Canada was the lone market to post a decline, a reversal from June’s across-the-board gains.
