Tiffany & Co. (New York) is shuttering its store at the Galleria Dallas mall at the end of this month, reports The Dallas Morning News. A sign on the store’s door announced the closure and said the brand’s three other stores in the market – at NorthPark Center, Legacy West and The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth – will continue to operate.

Tiffany’s exit comes just a few days after the Galleria Dallas experienced the closure of another major tenant, a full-line Nordstrom anchor, the Morning News reports. That Seattle-based chain said it would be best able to serve customers in the area “by leveraging our surrounding stores and through our digital channels.”

While the mall has lost some tenants, it’s also been getting new ones, including one of the first Netflix Houses in the country. It’s also planning to renovate the mall’s “center court,” which is the area surrounding its ice skating rink.

In a statement, Galleria Dallas said it’s grateful for Tiffany & Co.’s “years with us and remain energized by the momentum of what’s ahead — with new retailers continuing to join our lineup and even more announcements coming soon, the evolution of Galleria Dallas is well underway.”
