Wish to Be Sold for $173M
The fast fashion retailer agreed to an offer by a Singapore-based company

Fast fashion online marketplace Wish will sell for $173 million in cash to Singapore-based Qoo10, according to a press release from the retailer.
ContextLogic, which does business under the name Wish, decided to sell following “a thorough review of strategic alternatives with the assistance of outside financial and legal advisors,” said Tanzeen Syed, ContextLogic Board Chairman.
The deal is awaiting approval by the ContextLogic Board.
