Annapolis Mall, a super-regional enclosed shopping center in the Maryland city of the same name, has revealed the identities of several upcoming tenants, including Uniqlo, Swarovski, Jack & Jones, Offline by Aerie, Goat USA, Dick’s House of Sport and a Talbots expansion.

“Annapolis Mall continues to be a top choice for national and regional brands,” says ownership partner Sandeep Mathrani, Founder of Atlas Hill RE. “Since acquiring the property in 2024, our team’s focused leasing strategy has attracted a compelling mix of well-known brands. These additions demonstrate the center’s unique appeal and reinforce its position as a premier shopping destination in a thriving, affluent market.”

The Annapolis Mall features more than 200 retailers and restaurants, including Macy’s, Apple, Crate & Barrel, lululemon, H&M, Michael Kors, Tumi, Urban Outfitters, Free People, Footlocker and Zara, such dining options as Maggiano’s and The Cheesecake Factory, and a 12-screen AMC Theatres location.

The Annapolis Mall’s announcement of its upcoming tenants comes just days after the nearby open-air Annapolis Town Center disclosed it had been bought by Federal Realty Investment Trust, which plans to add some as-yet-unnamed tenants to its roster of 40-plus stores and restaurants. The two centers are about 3 miles apart.
