A pair of high-profile restaurants are set to debut in California. They are:
Fogo de Chão (Dallas), which is adding its 16th Brazilian steakhouse in the state, in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. The 8300-square-foot space, featuring an open churrasco grill and a market table, is set to open late this year. In all, the restaurateur operates just over 100 locales in the U.S., Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Middle East (Dubai and Jeddah).

The restaurant – the latest concept from Boulevard Hospitality Group and featuring design elements by Build Agency and Suplex Design – is an open-air terrace centered around a mature olive tree and framed by fire pits and landscaping inspired by the Angeles National Forest.
