Gordon Ramsay Burger debuts, Havana 1957/Cortadito Coffee House opening soon
Flamingo Las Vegas on Sin City’s famed Strip is home to two new restaurants and a coffee house:
• Slated to open Dec. 28 are Havana 1957 and the adjoining Cortadito Coffee House, both by Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group. With 252 seats across just under 4000 square feet, the restaurant’s design “immerses guests in the golden era of Cuba, blending history, art, and a touch of tropical glamour to create an unforgettable dining experience,” according to a press release on the eatery.
• Just opened is the latest Gordon Ramsay Burger. It is the celebrity chef’s seventh restaurant at a Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas Resorts’ property and the fifth Gordon Ramsay Burger globally. “Wow, restaurant lucky No. 7 – I can’t believe it!” said Ramsay. “I love Las Vegas, and I’m truly grateful for the incredible partnership we have in this magical city with Caesars Entertainment. We have worked on a fantastic new menu to embrace the beautiful surroundings of Flamingo.” The 12,000-square-foot space features a large exhibition kitchen, an island-style bar as its social hub, expansive storefront windows, multiple dining zones, a nod to Britannia with Union Jack accents and dynamic flame displays throughout, according to a news release.
