Kohl’s Names New Chief Operating Officer

Elliott Rodgers will assume the role Sept. 9.

Kohl’s (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) has named Elliott Rodgers its new Chief Operating Officer, according to a company press release, assuming the role this September. Reporting to CEO Michael J. Bender, Rodgers will be responsible for the retailer’s enterprise operations, loss prevention, global supply chain and distribution centers as well as procurement.

Most recently the COO at Foot Locker Inc., Rodgers has also held roles at Target, Ulta and Citigroup.
